WISHING ALL OUR CUSTOMERS A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR

LATEST INFORMATION 2020 – We are now closed for Christmas and await further government guidance as to our reopening date in 2021, please keep checking for updates.

What to expect when visiting Broadslap 2020 – the alternative year.

So it is all change again with the latest government guidance disallowing indoor Santa experiences in Tier 3 but we will not be beaten and adapt we will. So here’s a polite reminder from Santa and the Elf to make your visit at Broadslap fun and safe.

  1. Please arrive at your booked time (unless of course you are joining us in the cafe before or wish to visit the gift shop)
  2. Please wait at the designated point at your allocated time and you will be greeted by a member of the Broadslap team – if your very lucky maybe even an Elf!
  3. Your journey takes you inside to start so please can we remind everyone to wear a face covering.
  4. The indoor Christmas area does have twinkly lights so please let a team member know if you have any light intolerances.
  5. We do encourage you to bring your letter or a drawing that you can post. A special post box awaits! It’s a prime opportunity to let Santa know in writing what you would truly like for Christmas.
  6. Take the opportunity to have a family selfie!!
  7. Then follow your guide outside, see if you are lucky enough to find Santa in his temporary workshop at Broadslap. Please note only one adult to attend Santa but there will be a safe area for others to wait and view.
  8. Cherish the moment, tell him what’s in your letter and receive your gift.
  9. Another photo opportunity and memories created.

Thank you for letting Broadslap be part of your festive journey and we wish everyone a magical Christmas.

Stay safe and we wish you a Merry Christmas
